Salad Dressing Recipes

Simple, flavourful dressings that turn everyday salads into something satisfying, nourishing, and full of zest

Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice of 2 limes

2 Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp maple syrup

½-1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/4 tsp ground coriander

Method:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined or simply add to a mason jar and shake until all the ingredients are well combined.

2. Add water to thin if needed.

This dressing will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp garlic, mince

1 tsp sea salt + more if needed

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper + more if needed

1/4 tsp turmeric

Water / Ice

Method:

1/4 cup low-sodium tamari or soy sauce

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup peanut butter (unsweetened)

1 clove garlic, chopped

2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped

2 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce

2 Tbsp maple syrup

· Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

Water, to thin

Ice
